"When booking this journey online I thought I was booking with Sandhurst taxis. Alternative worked well, but there are a couple of points where service did not seem quite right, evn though drivers were very good.
First our outbound trip nearly did not happen as driver contacted us by phone late the day before and said he had been given the joib but price was wrong and we needed to pay an additional £25 each way online before he would confirm booking, which we did. However he only sent link to pay for outward journey.
Second contact phone numbers were not provided in advance so when flight connecting flight was delayed we could only email you and hope someone actioned it. In the end the second flight to London also had the same delay so connection in Torronto worked.
We paid tips to drivers as they were very good."
